I am not a career politician. I am the son of a truck driver and the grandson of a mechanic. I know what it means to struggle, to work two jobs seven days a week just to make it and to wonder if faith and a dream are enough to carry you forward. And I can tell you this: every blessing in my life, every reward, every chance to rise above the struggle has not come by my own strength,it has come by the mercy, grace, and patience of God.

Washington has forgotten this truth. They have forgotten how blessed America is. They have forgotten that the strength of our nation comes not from marble buildings or political elites, but from the grit and determination of everyday Americans—the truckers, the mechanics, the parents juggling bills, the families stretching every dollar.

I understand the pain you feel when insurance rates climb higher, when groceries take a bigger share of the paycheck, when mortgages tighten, and when your children’s future feels uncertain. I have lived it. But I also know that America has never been defined by hardship alone. We are defined by how we rise, together, above it.

This is our David and Goliath moment. The giants of Washington may loom large,debt, bureaucracy, and decline,but we carry with us something greater: faith, courage, and the unshakable spirit of the American people. With those, we can and will rebuild this nation.

I believe with all my heart that America’s best days are still ahead. Together, we will restore American strength, rebuild our industries, defend our families, and hand to the next generation a country stronger, freer, and more prosperous than the one we inherited.

Chase McDowell was born a month early, and on payday, a blessing for a working Arkansas family fighting to make ends meet. The son of a truck driver, Chase grew up in a mobile home where hard work, faith, and sacrifice weren’t just values, they were survival. In his neighborhood, every struggle was shared, and every small victory was celebrated like family.

Christian and Hard Work

From an early age, Chase McDowell learned the values that would guide his life: hard work, personal responsibility, and unwavering faith in God. At just eleven years old, he accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior—a moment that continues to anchor his walk today.

To afford college, Chase juggled two jobs: working at a local pharmacy and caring for the mentally disabled at a group home. When his grandfather suffered a debilitating stroke his freshman year, Chase made what he calls “The Arkansas Decision”—to set aside his own ambitions and care for family first, even though it cost him his scholarship. For more than two decades, he carried the weight of financial hardship, but never let go of the values his father instilled in him: work hard, take responsibility, and never quit.

Through unshakable faith and relentless determination, Chase climbed from those struggles to become a national consultant, working across 48 states to defend small businesses and independent pharmacies from government-backed monopolies. Along the way, he helped advance principled conservative legislation and elect common-sense leaders who put America first.

Rooted in Arkansas values, Chase has never forgotten where he came from—or who he’s fighting for. His story is proof that the American Dream, though distant at times, is still alive for those who hold fast to faith, family, and freedom.

America First Conservative

A proud America First conservative, Chase McDowell has stood shoulder to shoulder with President Donald J. Trump since the day he came down the golden escalator in 2015. Through every trial, every attack, and every primary, Chase never wavered. His tireless work in defense of conservative values earned him three invitations to the White House, an honor that underscored his commitment to the movement and the mission.

Now, with President Trump back in the Oval Office restoring strength, pride, and purpose to our Republic, the American people have delivered a clear mandate: finish the mission.

Lower taxes and strategic tariffs—paired with a fierce revival of American manufacturing—form the cornerstone of a stable and prosperous global economy. By reducing the tax burden on producers, we unleash the full strength of American industry, encouraging companies to build, hire, and innovate right here at home. Tariffs on foreign nations that exploit cheap labor and manipulate markets protect our workers and level the playing field. When we make more in America, we depend less on hostile regimes, lower shipping and supply chain costs, and reduce inflationary pressure. A strong America, producing its own goods, becomes the anchor of global stability—fueling not only our own growth but setting the stage for Peace.

Gun Rights

I will defend the Second Amendment with unwavering resolve—because it is the cornerstone that protects every other freedom we hold dear. Without the right to bear arms, the First Amendment is nothing more than ink on paper. The Founders knew that liberty must be defended, not just declared. I will fight against every attempt to chip away at our God-given right to self-defense, and I will stand with law-abiding gun owners to ensure that tyranny never finds a foothold on American soil. As long as I serve, the Second Amendment will not be infringed.

Secure Border

I will be unapologetically tough on immigration—because a nation without borders is no nation at all. We will secure our borders, enforce our laws, and stop the flood of illegal entry that threatens our sovereignty, security, and economic stability. But let me be clear: while we slam the door on lawlessness, we will open the gates for the best and the brightest—those who come legally, respect our values, and are ready to build the American Dream alongside us. This is about protecting our homeland while forging a future of strength, order, and opportunity.

Pro-Life

I am proudly pro-life and unapologetically support the sanctity of every human life. The overturning of Roe v. Wade was not the end of the conversation—it was the restoration of our constitutional order, returning this deeply moral issue to the states and, most importantly, to the people. It is now up to the citizens of each state to decide how to protect life, reflect their values, and shape their laws. I will always stand for life and support the right of the people—not unelected judges—to decide this issue through their voice and their vote.

China

China is not just competing with America—they are infiltrating, corrupting, and dismantling her from the inside out. Through stolen technology, the buying of our farmland, the flooding of our markets with cheap, slave-made goods, and the manipulation of our currency and supply chains, the Chinese Communist Party wages economic and ideological war on the very soul of our nation. They steal our innovations, poison our youth with propaganda, and cozy up to our institutions—all while silencing dissent and persecuting the innocent within their own borders. This is not a rival; this is the great evil of our time. We must summon every ounce of strength, every policy tool, every economic lever and moral resolve at our disposal to beat them at every turn. Because if we don’t, they will not stop until the light of liberty is extinguished.

American Manufacturing

We will bring back American manufacturing with bold leadership, smart tariffs, lower taxes, and an unshakable belief in the American worker. By rebuilding our factories, restoring supply chains, and investing in homegrown innovation, we will spark a new economic revolution—one that doesn’t just lift our towns and cities, but lights a fire of opportunity across the globe. When America builds again, the world moves forward. Our resurgence will create millions of good-paying jobs, drive down the cost of living, and forge a stable economic engine powerful enough to pull American communities out of poverty—not through handouts, but by example.

American Energy

We will unleash American energy with the full force of our ingenuity and natural abundance—drilling, refining, and building like never before. By making vast investments in oil, natural gas, and next-generation nuclear power, we will create not just energy independence, but an energy surplus so great it floods global markets. We will sell clean, reliable American energy to our allies in Europe and beyond, breaking their dependence on hostile regimes like Russia and Iran. As we power the free world, we will bankrupt our enemies, choke off their war chests, and restore America’s rightful place as the energy powerhouse of the planet. This is more than strategy—it’s survival through strength.

Election Integrity

We will build ironclad election, because without trust in our elections, we don’t have a Republic. Since 2020, I’ve worked on the ground in Georgia, Wisconsin, Arizona, and Michigan, fighting to pass common-sense voter ID laws and strengthen ballot security through legislative action. I’ve stood shoulder to shoulder with lawmakers and grassroots patriots alike, pushing for signature verification, clean voter rolls, and secure absentee voting procedures. This isn’t about politics—it’s about preserving the sacred right of one citizen, one vote. Under my leadership, we will finish the job and restore faith in our democratic process for generations to come.

School Choice

As your representative, I will fight to return public education to where it belongs—in the hands of parents and local communities, not bureaucrats in Washington. When we empower families, we ensure that our children are taught values rooted in truth, responsibility, and American excellence—not political agendas. This local control allows for tailored education that meets the real needs of students, equipping them with practical skills, critical thinking, and the moral compass to navigate life’s challenges with wisdom and strength. A smarter, stronger generation begins when parents—not politicians—lead the way.

Student Debt

Reducing student loan interest rates to 1% would deliver a powerful boost to the U.S. economy by freeing millions of Americans from the crushing weight of compounding debt. Studies show that high-interest student loans delay homeownership, suppress consumer spending, and stifle small business formation—each a pillar of economic growth. By slashing rates, borrowers would save thousands in interest, unlocking income to buy homes, start families, launch businesses, and invest in their futures. This policy could raise GDP by tens of billions annually, increase first-time homeownership, and revitalize entrepreneurship, all while addressing declining birth rates and labor mobility. Though it carries a federal cost, the long-term return—through greater economic participation, stability, and generational wealth creation—far outweighs the price. A 1% interest rate isn’t just financial relief; it’s a strategic investment in America’s future prosperity.

Foreign Affairs

In matters of foreign policy, my commitment is clear and unwavering: the interests of the United States will always come first. I will not support sending our brave men and women into harm’s way for political agendas or foreign ventures that do not serve our national security or economic well-being. Military force must only be used in the clear and justified defense of this Republic. I am steadfastly devoted to the pursuit of peace, stability, and economic growth, ensuring that American strength is used to protect our people, uphold our sovereignty, and secure a future built on prosperity and principled leadership.
