Meet Hallie
Hallie Shoffner’s running for the Senate to fight for the Arkansans that Tom Cotton’s spent ten years shoving to the back of the line—the farmer, the auto mechanic, the single mom who takes on a double shift just to get by.
A 6th generation family farmer, Hallie knows what it means to have to fight like hell for everything you have, and still get hammered by an economy that’s rigged against you–she’ll fight that rigged system every day, Tom Cotton’s the guy doing the rigging.
Cotton voted against the Farm Bill twice–Hallie will lead the fight for a farm bill that finally gives Arkansas farmers room to breathe. Cotton’s tax cuts are for land barons, Hallie’s will be for blue collar workers. Cotton blew up the national debt, Hallie knows from running her own business that we have to cut it before we get crushed.
Hallie will fight to restore Medicaid and save social security, and will be radically focused on bringing costs down for regular people, so that hard work can mean a good life again.
She’s not a politician, she’s not much for political parties, and she’s never run for office in her life—the only thing Hallie ever wanted to do was farm. But if she can’t farm, she’s going to fight. For families. For Arkansas. For you.
