Early Life & Education
Case Dixon was born in Alabaster, Alabama, the second oldest of five children to Roman and Ashley Dixon. He spent his early childhood in Maylene, before moving to McCalla at age nine. Homeschooled by his mother, Case developed a strong work ethic and deep-rooted values of faith and family. His patriotic convictions run deep—rooted in a legacy of military service. His father served in the Coast Guard, his grandfather in the Air Force, and his older brother enlisted at 19, later deploying to Afghanistan.
From a young age, Case loved sports and competition. He developed a passion for basketball and played two years on the varsity team for the Hope Christian School Eagles, a homeschool athletics program in Pelham, Alabama. After high school, he went on to pursue a college education so that he might begin his career in physical therapy as a PTA.
Family & Personal Life
In 2019, while working at a physical therapy clinic in Bessemer, Case met his future wife, Caroline. They married in December 2022 in a ceremony officiated by his grandfather, a Baptist minister. Today, they are the proud parents of two daughters: Sadie, who turned one March 11th, 2024, and Indie, born on June 3rd, 2025. The Dixon family is actively involved at Tannehill Valley Baptist Church, where Case has attended for the last 12 years.
Career
Case began working in the physical therapy industry at 18 as an aide, while attending college. After graduating college in 2021, he passed the state board exam to work as a Physical Therapist Assistant. He worked at outpatient clinics in Bessemer and Homewood, as well as working at Brookwood Hospital on the weekends. For nearly two years, he typically worked seven days a week between both jobs, determined to provide for his family and purchase their first home, which they did in September 2023.
Shortly after, Case transitioned to home health physical therapy, spending the last 1.5 years traveling throughout the greater Birmingham area to care for patients unable to attend clinic settings. During this time, he also began pursuing a business degree part-time, but has since put that on hold after feeling the call to civic duty and beginning this campaign.
Call to Civic Duty
Case first felt his call to civic duty during the summer of 2020, as he witnessed the widespread mishandling of COVID-19. Fear-mongering, censorship, and hypocrisy exposed a level of government corruption he had never fully realized. He saw firsthand how restrictions of liberty and abandonment of our constitution devastated families, shuttered businesses, restricted church gatherings, harmed mental health, and disrupted children’s education.
These events opened Case’s eyes to the urgent need for stronger, principled leadership and true accountability for those in power. After a career in health care and following the birth of his first daughter, his resolve deepened. He knew he had a responsibility to fight for the next generation—to ensure they inherit an America where liberty is preserved, faith is protected, life is valued, and government serves the people, not the other way around.
As a working-class American, Case understands the struggles that everyday families face. Your future is his future—he is deeply invested in preserving the promises of opportunity and the aspirations of a better tomorrow. He wants to serve with the same dedication, work ethic, and values that have guided him throughout his life. He’s ready to stand up for Alabama’s values in the face of opposition and without compromise. Case is a true outsider to the political establishment and exactly what Alabama needs.
“My future is tied to yours. I’m a husband, father, and healthcare provider who understands what it’s like to work long hours to support a growing family. I’m running for congress to make a lasting impact – not the kind of change that fades with the next election.” – Case Dixon
On the Issues
Ethics Reform
Washington must answer to the people — not to personal ambition or profit. I support enacting term limits to end the reign of career politicians and bring fresh, accountable leadership to Capitol Hill. I support banning individual stock trading by members of Congress and their families, ensuring no more insider profit from public service. I support ending the abuse of leadership PACs, which have become little more than slush funds for luxury and excess.
Serving in Congress is exactly that, a service to the country. It is not an opportunity to set yourself up for early retirement on the taxpayer’s dime. It’s time to clean house, restore trust, and return to a government that serves with integrity.
Secure Future
America’s rising national debt is a serious threat to our economy and national security. As the debt grows, so do interest payments—diverting billions away from core priorities and piling the burden onto future generations. It fuels inflation, drives up the cost of living, and puts increasing strain on programs like Medicare and Social Security.
If we keep ignoring it, we risk a future where Washington can’t respond to crises, can’t keep its promises, and leaves our children with fewer choices and heavier burdens.
I’ll fight to restore fiscal discipline by rejecting budget gimmicks, cutting reckless spending, and always putting America first—without mortgaging our future.
Break Big Pharma
Healthcare laws should serve people—not protect monopolies or pad lobbyists’ profits. Real reform means cutting red tape and putting patients back at the center of care.
I support expanding telemedicine, enabling home visits, repealing anti-competition laws, and allowing nurse practitioners to practice at the top of their training. Let’s remove the barriers that keep care from reaching rural and underserved communities—without creating new federal mandates. I also support removing cannabis from the Controlled Substances Act—to respect states’ rights, expand research, and give patients real, science-based options.
The federal government should stop standing between people and the care they choose.
Family First
The best thing Washington can do for families? Get out of the way. Raising kids, caring for loved ones, and balancing work is hard enough without a maze of tax rules deciding what counts and what doesn’t.
I support simplifying the tax code and cutting rates across the board—including eliminating outdated limits on how families deduct real-life care expenses. No carveouts. No bureaucratic hoops. Just more freedom to keep what you earn and use it how you see fit. Families don’t need permission to care for their own. They need a government that respects their choices—not one that rewards them only if they fit a federal formula.
Strong families are the backbone of a free nation. It’s time tax policy stopped getting in their way.
Defending Life
Science tells us life begins at conception, and the Bible tells us every child is fearfully and wonderfully made by God—created with purpose and value.
I fully support a nationwide ban on abortion to protect the most vulnerable—the unborn. I support defending innocent life at every stage and never backing down from the fight for life.
A just and moral nation defends innocent life. It’s time to build a culture of life that upholds human dignity, respects civil liberties, strengthens families, and reflects the values we hold dear in Alabama and across America.
Protecting life isn’t just a policy—it’s a reflection of who we are as a people. When we defend the unborn, we affirm the dignity of every person and the moral strength of our nation.
Protecting Liberty
Strong communities and personal liberty are the backbone of our nation, but today, federal overreach is chipping away at the freedoms and decision-making power that belong to the people and the states. Washington’s expanding power threatens the independence and self-reliance that have always made America exceptional. I am committed to upholding the Constitution—no matter how small the encroachment. I will stand firm and refuse to let federal power swallow up our rights.
The Constitution is not just a document; it is the promise of limited government and individual liberty. Every line, every principle matters—and it must be protected from those who would trade freedom for control. When we defend the Constitution in full, we protect the future of every family and the strength of every community. I will always uphold the Constitution —because that is what keeps America strong.
Why Me—Not My Opponent
I will honor my word
I’m not going to Washington to cash in, play the game, or make excuses. I’ll keep my word, steer clear of backroom perks, and call out corruption—even when it’s politically inconvenient. I’ll stand firm on Christian values, personal freedom, states’ rights, and the Constitution. My word is my pledge—with or without the paperwork.
Gary Palmer says he’s for limited government, but his record says otherwise. He’s backed budgets that added trillions to our debt. He’s voted to send billions overseas to fund endless wars. And he’s supported government surveillance on Americans without warrants.
I will serve Alabama
When patients, doctors, and veterans demanded more medical freedom, he voted to deny states the right to allow medical cannabis, blocking treatments backed by modern science and the medical community. In the past, instead of listening to those that would benefit from this care, he mocked them, saying, “they’re still listening to the Grateful Dead and watching Cheech and Chong”—and told them, “they need to vote for somebody else.” That’s not just tasteless, it’s flat-out reckless.
My opponent has spent over a decade in Congress quietly coasting under the radar and avoiding the fights that matter most. He pledged to serve just five terms—now he’s asking for a seventh. When pressed, his team rewrote the promise, claiming his support for term limits only applied to his first term—a classic Washington bait-and-switch. Along the way, he’s traded more stocks than Nancy Pelosi—exploiting the knowledge and power entrusted to him by the people of Alabama. That’s not conservative leadership—that’s a politician who promised change but chose comfort.
I will fight for you
I will stand firm on defending our future, push for common-sense healthcare solutions, restore integrity to government, and never sit quietly while Alabama pays the price. I’m running because I refuse to allow our Constitution be reduced to mere guidelines or let our generation shoulder the burden of Washington’s spending addiction. We deserve someone that stands up for Alabama instead of falling in line for party bosses.
While families across our state faced higher costs, fewer choices, and broken promises, Palmer stayed quiet—and Washington stayed broken. It’s time to expect more, demand better, and send a leader who won’t forget who he works for. Alabama needs a voice that won’t back down. I’m asking for your vote in the 2026 election.
