I’m Dustin Darden, and I’m running to promote the health, constitutional rights, and equal justice of all our residents.

The bedrock principles of my campaign are safeguarding citizens’ health and defending their constitutionally protected freedoms. I’m currently representing myself in a federal lawsuit over violations of my civil rights at the Alaska State Fair. I’m also engaged in parallel litigation in state court focused on state law infringements during the same incident.

As a pro se litigant, I aim to establish case law upholding Alaskans’ rights to seek justice in both federal and state court when their rights are violated. My advocacy will help secure liberties for all Anchorage citizens.

I have a record of taking action on behalf of residents, including drafting approved legislation to protect our water from hazardous fluoridation chemicals. If elected, I will continue fighting for citizens wellbeing.

I’m not intimidated by titles or swayed by lobbyists’ money. I’m motivated by the vision of a city where all people can walk freely, regardless of race or status. I pledge to uphold the U.S. and Alaska Constitutions and Anchorage laws to promote the health, freedom, and justice of all residents. With God’s help, I will be a strong voice for liberty as long as I have breath to speak.

Join me in building a healthy Anchorage where the constitutional rights and dignity of every person are valued.
