Steve Marshall is running for the United States Senate to continue the work he began as Alabama’s Attorney General: securing communities, defending liberty, and standing shoulder to shoulder with leaders who put Alabama first. He is committed to partnering with President Trump to secure the border, grow the economy, and ensure that Alabama families keep more of what they earn.

Biography

Steve Marshall grew up in Atmore, Alabama, and earned his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill before graduating with academic honors from the University of Alabama School of Law. He spent 16 years as District Attorney for Marshall County, building a reputation for firm, principled law enforcement. In 2011 he launched Alabama’s first major human trafficking task force, and in 2017 he was appointed Attorney General, later winning statewide election. Steve and his wife, Tammy, live in Montgomery and are the proud parents of Faith Marshall, John Millan Gaston, and Benen Gaston. They worship at Church of the Highlands, where service to others remains a family priority.

As Attorney General, Steve took the Biden administration to court to defend the rule of law. He will do the same in the Senate.
