Representative Fred Leonard Blackmon

Fred Leonard Blackmon (born September 15, 1873) was an American politician who represented the state of Alabama in the United States House of Representatives in the early twentieth century. A member of the Democratic Party, he served as a U.S. Representative from April 4, 1911, to March 3, 1923.
