Senator Harry Bartow Hawes

Harry Bartow Hawes (born November 15, 1869) was a Democratic United States senator from Missouri who served in Congress during the early twentieth century. Representing the state of Missouri, he held the office of senator from April 11, 1921, until February 3, 1933. Over the course of his congressional service, Hawes completed five terms in office, reflecting a sustained period of political activity and influence at the federal level.
