Herbert Jackson Drane (born June 20, 1863) was a Democratic member of the United States House of Representatives from Florida. Representing Florida’s 1st congressional district, he served as a U.S. Representative from April 2, 1917, to March 3, 1933. Over the course of his tenure, Drane completed eight terms in Congress, reflecting a sustained period of electoral support and legislative service.

During his time in the House, Drane served as a historical member of Congress for Florida in the early twentieth century. As a Democratic representative, he participated in the national legislative process on behalf of his district and state throughout a period that spanned World War I and the interwar years. His congressional career concluded in 1933, marking the end of more than a decade and a half of continuous service in the U.S. House of Representatives.
