James Campbell Cantrill (born July 9, 1870) was a Democratic member of the United States House of Representatives from Kentucky. Representing Kentucky’s 7th Congressional District, he served as a federal legislator during the early twentieth century and was affiliated with the Democratic Party throughout his tenure in Congress.

Cantrill entered the U.S. House of Representatives on March 15, 1909, and served continuously until March 3, 1925. Over the course of these years, he completed eight terms in office as a representative.
