Representative Richard Patrick Freeman

Richard Patrick Freeman (born April 24, 1869) was a Republican member of the United States House of Representatives from Connecticut. He represented Connecticut’s 2nd Congressional District and is recorded as having served as a historical member of Congress during the early twentieth century.
