Ross Alexander Collins (born April 25, 1880) was a Democratic member of the U.S. House of Representatives from Mississippi. He represented Mississippi’s 5th congressional district and served as a historical member of Congress during the early to mid-20th century. Collins’s congressional career began on April 11, 1921, and continued until January 3, 1943, spanning more than two decades in federal office.

During his tenure, Collins served a total of 10 terms in the House of Representatives. As a representative from Mississippi, he was part of the Democratic Party at a time when the party was dominant in the South.
