Jim Marshall is a Republican Party member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, representing District 14. He assumed office on December 1, 2006. His current term ends on November 30, 2024.

Marshall ran for re-election to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives to represent District 14 and won in the general election on November 8, 2022. Prior to his tenure in the House, Marshall served as Vice President of Big Beaver Borough Council from 1999 to 2006.

In November 2023, Marshall announced he would not seek re-election to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives District 14. He received his diploma from Beaver Falls High School. His professional experience includes working for Ag Hog Pittsburgh and as a volunteer firefighter for Big Beaver Borough Volunteer Fire Company.

Throughout his tenure, Marshall has been assigned to various committees. For the 2023-2024 session, he was assigned to the Consumer Protection & Professional Licensure Committee as Chair. In the 2021-2022 session, he was assigned to the House Transportation Committee and the Consumer Affairs Committee as Chair. In the 2019-2020 session, he was assigned to the Gaming Oversight Committee as Chair and the House Transportation Committee.

In addition to his committee assignments, Marshall has sponsored numerous pieces of legislation throughout his tenure. However, he did not file to run for re-election in 2024.
