Representative Brett Easterbrook
Brett Easterbrook, born on October 10, 1963, is an American politician serving as a member of the Alabama House of Representatives for District 65. He is a member of the Republican Party.
Easterbrook was born in Casper, Wyoming. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Auburn University in 1989. Before entering politics, Easterbrook worked as an accountant for Mauldin & Jenkins from 1989 to 1991. He then worked as a contractor for Easterbrook Homes from 2005 to 2009.
In 2018, Easterbrook assumed office as a member of the Alabama House of Representatives. He succeeded Elaine Beech. As a representative, he serves on several committees including the Education Policy Committee, Insurance Committee, State Government Committee, and the Transportation, Infrastructure and Utilities Committee.
In addition to his political career, Easterbrook has served as a plant controller at Evonik Degussa and as a licensed residential contractor. After these positions, Easterbrook served as director of finance and controlling in North and South America for Outokumpu Stainless Steel.
Easterbrook resides in Four Point, Alabama with his wife, Betsy. They have two children. He is most at home working on his farm and managing timber in Deer Park.
