Frances Holk-Jones is an American politician who has served as a member of the Alabama House of Representatives since November 8, 2022. She represents Alabama’s 95th House district.

Born in Baldwin County, Alabama, Frances Holk-Jones is a member of the Republican Party. She assumed office on November 9, 2022, and her current term ends on November 4, 2026. She was elected on November 8, 2022, in the 2022 Alabama House of Representatives election against Democratic opponent Richard Brackner. She assumed office the next day.

Before her political career, Frances Holk-Jones had a successful career in business. She is the President of Frances Holk Insurance Inc., and is consistently recognized as being in the top 2-3% of State Farm agents out of more than 19,000 agents nationwide. She is also the co-founder of the Jennifer Claire Moore Foundation.

In the 2022 Alabama House of Representatives election, Frances Holk-Jones ran for election to represent District 95. She won in the general election on November 8, 2022, defeating Richard Brackner.
