Jennifer Fidler was born on June 19, 1970, in Mobile, Alabama. She grew up on a farm selling produce at a local farmstand several years before she turned 16. At 16, she started delivering and selling produce to Pensacola markets for her family farm. She is a graduate of Robertsdale High School in Robertsdale, Alabama class of 1988.

Fidler has extensive experience in leadership roles and local government. She has worked in municipal leadership for nearly 30 years. In 1992, she earned her degree from Auburn University and became the first arborist/horticulturist for the City of Eufaula. She began and built Eufaula’s first horticultural program at age 22.

She earned a degree in ornamental horticulture from Auburn University in 1992 and a master’s degree in education from Troy State University in 2001. Fidler’s career experience includes founding Fidler Consulting and working as the public works director with the City of Fairhope. She served as the president of the board of the Alabama Urban Forestry Association and on the City of Fairhope Planning Commission.

Jennifer Fidler is an American politician who has served as a member of the Alabama House of Representatives since November 8, 2022. She represents Alabama’s 94th House district. Fidler was elected on November 8, 2022, in the 2022 Alabama House of Representatives election against Libertarian opponent Margaret Helveston. She assumed office the next day on November 9, 2022.

Her current term ends on November 4, 2026. Fidler (Republican Party) ran for election to the Alabama House of Representatives to represent District 94. She won in the general election on November 8, 2022.
