Representative Paul Lee
Paul Lee, born on October 7, 1960, is an American politician who has been serving in the Alabama House of Representatives from the 86th district since 2010. He is a member of the Republican Party.
Born and raised in the United States, Lee attended Wallace State Community College. His professional journey began with SONY Magnetic Products Inc., after which he worked as a salesman for WDHN-TV. He also served as the executive director of the nonprofit Wiregrass Rehabilitation Center Inc.
Before his political career, Lee served on the Dothan City Commission from 2005 to 2010. He assumed office in the Alabama House of Representatives on November 3, 2010. His current term is set to end on November 4, 2026.
Lee ran for re-election to the Alabama House of Representatives to represent District 86 and won in the general election on November 8, 2022. During his tenure, Lee has been assigned to several committees. In the 2023-2024 term, he was assigned to the Health Committee, where he served as Chair, and the Ways and Means General Fund Committee.
