Representative Myron Tsosie Contact information

Myron Tsosie is an American politician and a Democratic member of the Arizona House of Representatives. He has been representing District 6 since January 9, 2023. Prior to this, he represented District 7 from 2019 to 2023. Tsosie was elected in 2018 to succeed retiring State Representative Eric Descheenie.

Tsosie is a member of the Navajo Nation. He lives in Chinle, Arizona. He has a rich educational background. Tsosie earned an A.A.S. and a B.A. in Diné Studies from Navajo Technical College in 2014. He also holds a B.A. in public administration from Northern Arizona University which he earned in 2016, and an M.P.A. from Northern Arizona University which he earned in 2018.

Before his political career, Tsosie served on the Chinle Unified School District School Board. His commitment to public service is evident in his work and his contributions to his community.

In the Arizona House of Representatives, Tsosie has been assigned to various committees over the years. These include the Military Affairs and Public Safety Committee, the Transportation Committee, the Natural Resources, Energy and Water Committee, the Land & Agriculture State & International Affairs Committee.

Tsosie ran for re-election to the Arizona House of Representatives to represent District 6 and won in the general election on November 8, 2022. His current term ends on January 13, 2025.
