Neal Carter is a member of the Republican Party and currently serves in the Arizona House of Representatives, representing District 15. He assumed office on January 9, 2023, and his current term ends on January 13, 2025.

Before his current position, Carter represented the 8th legislative district from 2021 to 2023. He was appointed to the seat after the incumbent Representative Frank Pratt passed away while in office. Carter ran for re-election to the Arizona House of Representatives to represent District 15 and won in the general election on November 8, 2022.

Carter’s professional experience includes working for the tech company Nuix and as an attorney. He received his J.D. from New York University School of Law and his B.A. from UCLA.
