Representative Dolly Henley

Dolly Henley serves as a Republican Representative for District 88 in the Arkansas state legislature.

Henley serves on the House Public Health, Welfare and Labor Committee and the House Aging, Children and Youth, Legislative and Military Affairs Committee. Henley served as the Recreation Director for the City of Hope, AR and as the Director of Parks and Recreation for the City of Nashville, AR where she focused on community development and the enhancement of local recreational facilities. Henley is currently serving her first term in the. Henley has served in multiple community leadership positions including on the Southwest Arkansas Counseling and Mental Health Board, Arkansas Employer Support for Guard and Reserve (ESGR), Hope Rotary Club, University of Arkansas Hope-Texarkana Foundation, and Texarkana Symphony board. Henley lives in Washington, Arkansas, with her husband, Paul, and they have two adult children and three grandchildren.
