Chase Tramont, born on November 9, 1979, in Daytona Beach, Florida, is an American politician serving as a member of the Florida House of Representatives for the 30th district. He assumed office on November 8, 2022.

In his early life, Tramont was an active basketball player at Mainland High School. He pursued his higher education at Flagler College, earning two undergraduate degrees. The first degree was in communications, which he received in 2002, and the second was in history education, which he received in 2007.

After graduating from college, Tramont became an ordained minister. He also worked as a history teacher at Spruce Creek High School before becoming a marketing manager at DME Delivers. He now serves as the Senior Pastor at Oceanway Church in New Smyrna Beach, FL.

Tramont’s political career began when he was elected to the Florida House of Representatives in November 2022. He represents the 30th district and his current term ends on November 5, 2024. He has declared his candidacy for the Republican primary scheduled on August 20, 2024.

In addition to his political and religious roles, Tramont has also served as a board member of First Step Shelter. His career experience includes working as a marketing manager with DME Delivers, a pastor, and a teacher with Ormond Middle School and Father Lopez High School.
