Representative Felicia Robinson Contact information

Felicia Simone Robinson was born on November 4, 1970, in Miami Gardens, Florida. She graduated from North Miami Beach Senior High School in 1988. She then pursued her higher education and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Tuskegee University. Later, she obtained a Master of Science in Math Education from the University of Miami, and an EdS in Educational Leadership from Barry University.

Robinson has dedicated over 25 years of her life to the Miami-Dade County Public Schools, where she served in various roles including a math teacher, instructional coach, and vice principal. Her commitment to public service extends beyond education. She served as a member of the Miami Gardens City Council from 2010 to 2018 and held the position of vice mayor from 2014 to 2018.

In 2020, Robinson was elected to the Florida House of Representatives from the 104th district. She assumed office on November 8, 2022. In addition to her political career, Robinson is also involved in several affiliations. She is the board Chair for the Center for Family & Child Enrichment, Inc., a member of the Dade County Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., a Host Council member for Live Healthy Miami Gardens, and the President of Resource Room. She is also a board member for the TLF Foundation and South Florida Youth Symphony.

Robinson’s dedication and service have been recognized with several awards. She was named as one of South Florida Magazine’s Most Powerful and Influential Black Professional in Business and Industry for 2015. She also received the Top Hat Salute to Women of Distinction Award in 2015.

In her personal life, Robinson enjoys cooking, event planning, jet ski boating, and traveling. She is a Seventh Day Adventist by faith.
