Senator Kristen Arrington

Kristen Aston Arrington, born on August 22, 1975, in Holiday, Florida, is an American politician and businesswoman who has been serving as a member of the Florida Senate since 2024. She grew up in Holiday and graduated from Osceola High School. Arrington pursued higher education at Valencia College, where she earned an Associate of Arts degree in political science and government.

Before entering politics, Arrington had a diverse career. From 2006 to 2012, she worked as a property manager. She then served as a consultant for the Transportation and Expressway Authority Membership of Florida from 2012 to 2015. In 2015, she founded Pitbull Strategies, a social media marketing company, showcasing her entrepreneurial spirit.

Arrington’s political career began when she was elected to the Florida House of Representatives in November 2020. She represented the 43rd district from 2020 to 2022 and the 46th district from 2022 to 2024. During her tenure in the House, she was a member of the House Education & Employment Committee, where she focused on improving education and employment opportunities for her constituents.

In 2024, Arrington successfully ran for the Florida Senate, representing the 25th district.
