Stan McClain, born on July 7, 1961, in Norfolk, Virginia, is an American politician who has been serving in the Florida House of Representatives since 2016. He is currently representing the 27th district.

Before his current tenure, he served as a member of the Florida House of Representatives from the 23rd district from November 8, 2016, to November 8, 2022. He was succeeded by Ralph Massullo in this role.

McClain assumed his current office on November 8, 2022, after being redistricted. His predecessor in the 27th district was Webster Barnaby. His current term is set to end on November 5, 2024.

In addition to his political career, McClain has experience working as a residential contractor. He resides in Ocala, Florida, with his spouse, Jessica E. McClain, and their 11 children.

During his time in office, Representative McClain has co-sponsored several significant bills. One such bill required a credit in United States Government comparative discussion of political ideologies, which conflict with the principles of freedom and democracy, for high school graduation. Another notable bill he co-sponsored aimed to repeal the voluntary firearm confiscation provisions of the Marjory Stoneman Douglas School Safety Act.
