Aristide’s career in education spans over three decades, primarily within the Miami-Dade County Public School District. His dedication and leadership skills led to his appointment as the principal of Miami Northwestern Senior High School, a position he held for over ten years. During his tenure, he was recognized for his efforts to improve the school’s performance and create a positive learning environment. His achievements in education were acknowledged when he received the Principal of the Year Award in 2014.

In addition to his work in education, Aristide has been actively involved in various community organizations. He is a member of 100 Black Men of South Florida and the 5000 Role Models of Excellence, both of which focus on mentoring and supporting young people in the community.
