Senator Greg Dolezal
Senator Greg Dolezal, a Republican, was first elected in November 2018. He represents the 27th Senate District, which includes a large portion of Forsyth County.
Sen. Dolezal serves as the Senate Majority Chief Deputy Whip. He serves as Chairman of the Senate Committee on Transportation and Vice Chairman of the Senate Committee on Appropriations. Additionally, Sen. Dolezal serves as Ex-Officio of the Senate Committees on Education and Youth, Reapportionment and Redistricting, and Finance, as well as a member of the Senate Committees on Regulated Industries and Utilities, Rules, and Assignments.
Sen. Dolezal formerly worked as the Creative Director for 7:22, a Bible Study at North Point Community Church led by Louie Giglio. From there, Sen. Dolezal spent 11 years on the road serving as Tour Manager for musician Chris Tomlin. He currently serves as a producer for Passion City Church and team lead and producer for Passion Conferences, the largest collegiate gathering of its kind in the world.
Sen. Dolezal has created jobs as a partner in Forsyth-based Renewed Vision, a technology company serving thousands of clients around the world. He is also an owner and Board Member for Forsyth-based Catalyst Nutraceuticals, a nutraceutical manufacturing company focusing on supplementation for athletes and health-minded individuals.
As the founding member of Fix Forsyth Traffic, Sen. Dolezal has led the fight to protect Forsyth County’s quality of life. He also served on the Forsyth Planning Commission, Comprehensive Plan Steering Committee, Impact Fee Committee, and Transportation Plan Steering Committee.
Greg and his wife, Natalie, have been married for 10 years. They are founding members of Passion City Church and are the proud parents of Naomi, Lincoln, Norah, and Neeva.
