Johnny Chastain is an American politician and a member of the Republican Party. He currently represents the 7th district in the Georgia House of Representatives. He assumed office on February 6, 2023, and his current term ends on January 13, 2025.

Chastain was born in and lives in Georgia. Before running for office, Chastain had a career in the banking industry. He served as an executive of United Community Bank. His experience in the banking industry led him to be assigned to the Banks & Banking and Small Business Development Committees in the Georgia House of Representatives.

Chastain ran in a special election to the Georgia House of Representatives to represent District 7. He won in the special general runoff election on January 31, 2023.
