Representative Josh Bonner Contact information

State Representative Josh was elected in 2016 to serve the citizens of House District 72, which includes Peachtree City, south Fayette County, as well as the cities of Senoia and Haralson in Coweta County.

He is the owner of Southeast Properties, Inc., a commercial asset management and brokerage firm serving the South Metro area. Upon graduation from the University of Georgia, Josh received a commission in the U.S. Army and served on active duty as a military intelligence officer.

After leaving active duty in 2001, Josh transitioned to the U.S. Army Reserves, where he completed three overseas tours in support of the global war on terror, including a deployment to Iraq. He currently holds the rank of Lieutenant Colonel and serves as the deputy emergency preparedness liaison officer for the State of Georgia.

Josh is active in his community and serves on the boards of the Armed Forces Mission and the Eden Project, two non-profit organizations dedicated to addressing issues in the veteran community. He is a past president of the Crossroads Christian School parent board, former chairman of the Fayette County Republican Party and former member of the Georgia Real Estate Commission. Josh and his wife, Michelle, have four children and are members of New Hope Baptist Church, where Josh serves as a deacon and youth leader.
