Senator Codi Galloway

Senator Codi Galloway is a dedicated public servant and a prominent figure in Idaho politics. Raised in Boise, Idaho, she attended Centennial High School before pursuing higher education. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in education from Brigham Young University and later obtained an MBA from Northwest Nazarene University. Her academic background laid a strong foundation for her career in education and business.

Codi Galloway began her professional journey as a public school teacher, where she spent several years shaping young minds. Her passion for education led her to establish a Career Technical Education (CTE) school for adults, providing valuable skills and training to help individuals succeed in their careers. In addition to her work in education, she is a successful small business owner, having owned and operated multiple businesses in Boise and Meridian, including a commercial furniture company.

Her commitment to public service and community involvement is evident in her political career. Codi Galloway was elected to the Idaho House of Representatives in November 2020, representing the 15th district. During her tenure, she focused on issues such as education, public safety, and economic growth. Her dedication to her constituents and her ability to address their concerns earned her widespread support.

In December 2024, Codi Galloway assumed office as a member of the Idaho State Senate, continuing her mission to improve the lives of Idahoans. As a senator, she serves on various committees, including Finance and Transportation, where she works tirelessly to develop policies that benefit her state.

Outside of her professional life, Codi Galloway is a devoted wife and mother. She has been married to her husband, Scott, for over 25 years, and together they have four children. The Galloway family enjoys spending time outdoors, participating in activities such as skiing, hiking, and boating. Codi is also an avid athlete, having competed in marathons, Spartan races, and the Boise 1/2 Ironman.
