Kenny Titus is an American politician who has been serving as a member of the Kansas State Senate since January 13, 2025. He represents the 18th district and is a member of the Republican Party. Before his tenure in the Senate, Titus served in the Kansas House of Representatives from January 9, 2023, to January 13, 2025, representing the 51st district.

Titus was born and raised in Manhattan, Kansas. He pursued higher education at Kansas State University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in history and journalism in 2006. He continued his studies at Kansas State University, obtaining a master’s degree in history in 2009. Titus then attended the University of Kansas, where he earned his juris doctor in 2014.

Throughout his career, Titus has held various positions in both the public and private sectors. He worked as corporate counsel with Foley Equipment and served as an adjunct professor at the University of Kansas School of Law. Additionally, he was the chief legal counsel for the Kansas Department of Agriculture.
