Les Mason, born on October 11, 1954, is an American politician who has been serving as a Republican member for the 73rd district in the Kansas House of Representatives since 2014. He was born in McPherson County, Kansas, where he lived as of February 2020.

Mason earned a degree in business and marketing from Central Christian College in 1974. His career experience includes working with The Old Muffin Factory as its owner, W-R Milling Company, Congressman Dick Nichols as a District Director, and with the Wall Rogalsky Milling Company as a sales manager. He has been a member of the Kiwanis Club, McPherson Chamber of Commerce, and the United Way board.

Over the years, Mason has been assigned to various committees. In the 2023-2024 tenure, he was assigned to the Appropriations Committee, Calendar and Printing Committee, Commerce, Labor and Economic Development Committee, House Interstate Cooperation Committee, and Social Services Budget Committee, where he served as the Chair. In the 2021-2022 tenure, he served as the Vice chair of the Taxation Committee, among other assignments. In the 2019-2020 tenure, he was again the Vice Chair of the Taxation Committee, among other assignments.

Mason ran for re-election to the Kansas House of Representatives to represent District 73 and won in the general election on November 8, 2022. His current term ends on January 13, 2025.
