Senator Stephen Owens

Stephen Owens is a member of the Republican Party and currently serves in the Kansas State Senate, representing District 31. He assumed office on January 13, 2025, and his current term will conclude on January 8, 2029.

Owens was elected to the Kansas State Senate in the November 2024 general election, succeeding in his bid to represent District 31 after serving in the Kansas House of Representatives for six years.
