Webster T. Roth is a member of the Kansas House of Representatives, representing District 79. He is a member of the Republican Party. He assumed office on January 9, 2023, and his current term ends on January 13, 2025.

Webster Roth lives in Winfield, Kansas, where he has resided for 41 years. He grew up in Dodge City. He was employed by the State of Kansas for 32 years with his last appointment being the Superintendent of the Kansas Soldiers Home at Fort Dodge KS, retiring in 2013.

Roth earned a B.S. in business quality management and an M.B.A. from Southwestern College in 1996 and 2003, respectively. His career experience includes owning Roth Auction Service and working as a real estate agent and associate broker with Albright Realty.

In the Kansas House of Representatives, Roth serves on several committees including Agriculture and Natural Resources, Welfare Reform, and Energy, Utilities and Telecommunications. He has sponsored several bills including HB2126, which authorizes the over-the-counter purchase of ivermectin tablets and hydroxychloroquine tablets, and HB2534, which provides a Kansas income tax subtraction modification for certain amounts received as compensation for members of the armed forces.

Roth ran for election to the Kansas House of Representatives to represent District 79 and won in the general election on November 8, 2022. He defeated Kris Trimmer in the general election for Kansas House of Representatives District 79.
