Jacob Justice, born on September 6, 1988, in Pikeville, Kentucky, is an American politician serving as a member in the Kentucky House of Representatives from the 94th district. He assumed office on January 1, 2023, after he defeated Democratic incumbent Angie Hatton. He is not seeking reelection in 2024.

Justice is a member of the Republican Party. His current term ends on January 1, 2025. Justice ran for election to the Kentucky House of Representatives to represent District 94 and won in the general election on November 8, 2022.

In terms of education, Justice earned an associate degree from the Kentucky Community & Technical College System in 2009 and a bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Pikeville in 2013. His career experience includes working as a dentist.

As of 2023, Justice has been involved with the following organizations: Site Based Decision Making Board at the Elkhorn City Elementary School, Board of Directors for the Pike County Health Dept, Elkhorn City Councilmen, Active Shriner, and Chair of the Broadband Committee for Elkhorn City.

The Kentucky House of Representatives, where Justice serves, is the lower house of the Kentucky General Assembly. It is composed of 100 Representatives elected from single-member districts throughout the Commonwealth. Not more than two counties can be joined to form a House district, except when necessary to preserve the principle of equal representation. Representatives are elected to two-year terms with no term limits. The Kentucky House of Representatives convenes at the State Capitol in Frankfort.
