Representative Kristi Mathieson

Kristi Mathieson is a dedicated public servant and a member of the Democratic Party, currently serving her second term in the Maine House of Representatives for District 151. Her representation includes a part of Kittery, where she has a long history of community service. Kristi is a licensed dietitian and co-owns a private, integrative medical practice.

In the Maine House, she is an active member of both the Criminal Justice and Public Safety Committee and the Health Coverage, Insurance and Financial Services Committee. Her commitment to public service is evident through her previous roles as the board chair of the Kittery Community Center and her volunteer work with various school and community initiatives, such as the Women and Children’s Homeless Shelter, Footprints Food Pantry, and the Kittery Diversity and Inclusion Committee.

Kristi lives with her husband, a recently retired high school math teacher, and has a daughter who attends American University. She is an avid runner, having run the Boston Marathon multiple times, and enjoys swimming, yoga, hiking, and biking. Kristi’s dedication to her constituents and her passion for health and wellness make her a valued member of the Maine House of Representatives.
