Laurie Osher is a Democratic politician from Maine, who serves as the state representative for District 25. She was born in California on June 8, 1960, and moved to Maine in 2010. She has a Ph.D. in soil science from Cornell University and has worked as an environmental consultant and educator. She is the founder and president of Osher Environment Systems, a company that provides sustainable solutions for water, wastewater, and energy.

Osher is serving her second term in the Maine House of Representatives. She is the House chair of the Veterans and Legal Affairs Committee. She is also the Legislature’s representative to the HIV Advisory Committee and the State Calendar Working Group.
