About Representative Estela Reyes
Estela Reyes is an American politician and a member of the Democratic Party. She represents the 4th Essex district in the Massachusetts House of Representatives. Reyes was elected in November 2022 and assumed office on January 4, 2023.
Before her tenure in the House of Representatives, Reyes served as a member of the Lawrence City Council since 2012, including a term as vice president. She was also a member of the Community Development Advisory Board and advised the mayor on community development policy.
Reyes has a strong connection to her community. She moved with her family from Santiago de los Caballeros to Lawrence, Massachusetts, which she now calls home. Her current term in the Massachusetts House of Representatives is expected to end on January 1, 2025.
