Bjorn Olson is an American politician who has been serving in the Minnesota House of Representatives since 2021. He is a member of the Republican Party of Minnesota and represents District 22A in south-central Minnesota. This district includes the city of Fairmont and parts of Blue Earth, Faribault, Martin, and Watonwan Counties.

Olson was born on January 13, 1991, in Fairmont, Minnesota. He has served in the U.S. Army and U.S. Army Reserve and has reached the rank of captain. His educational background includes a B.A. in history and social studies education from Bethel University and an M.A. in American military history from American Military University.

In addition to his military service, Olson’s career experience includes working as a U.S. history teacher and a farmer. He assumed office on January 3, 2023, and his current term ends on January 7, 2025. He ran for re-election to the Minnesota House of Representatives to represent District 22A and won in the general election on November 8, 2022.
