Joseph M. “Mike” Seymour
Born on April 15, 1959, Joseph M. “Mike” Seymour is an American politician and a member of the Republican Party. He is a resident of Vancleave, Mississippi.
Career in Politics
Mike Seymour has been serving in the Mississippi State Senate from the 47th district since January 5, 2016. He assumed office after succeeding Tony Smith. His current term is set to end on January 4, 2028.

In the general election held on November 7, 2023, Seymour ran for re-election to the Mississippi State Senate to represent District 47. He won the election by defeating George Uram.
