Professional Background: Rob Roberson is a lawyer based in Starkville, Mississippi. He serves as the board attorney for the Oktibbeha County Board of Supervisors and the town of Sturgis. He is also a member of the Greater Starville Partnership.
Political Career: Rob Roberson is a Republican state representative for District 43 in Oktibbeha and Winston counties in the north central portion of Mississippi. He assumed office on January 5, 2016. His current term ends on January 4, 2028.
Roberson has been assigned to several committees during his tenure, including the House Corrections Committee, House County Affairs Committee, House Education Committee, Judiciary B Committee, Judiciary En Banc Committee, House Medicaid Committee, House Municipalities Committee, Public Health and Human Services Committee, House Rules Committee (Chair), Transportation Committee, and Ways and Means Committee.
