A lifelong resident of Missouri, Scott has deep roots in the community, having lived in St. Charles County for over two decades. Scott’s journey began in Pattonville, where he graduated from Pattonville Senior High School in 1989. He pursued higher education with determination, earning a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri–St. Louis. His thirst for knowledge led him to further his studies, obtaining a Master’s degree in Telecommunications Management from Washington University in St. Louis, as well as an MBA and a Master’s in Strategic Management from Indiana University.

Before entering politics, Scott served his country with distinction in the United States Army, the U.S. Army Reserve, and the Missouri National Guard. His military service, which included roles in field artillery and combat engineering, instilled in him a strong sense of discipline, leadership, and dedication to the greater good. After his military career, Scott transitioned into the private sector, working for Boeing before venturing into entrepreneurship. In 2013, he founded a successful home cleaning business, showcasing his ability to understand and address the challenges faced by small business owners.

Scott’s political career took off when he was elected to the Missouri House of Representatives in November 2024. He officially assumed office on January 8, 2025, and quickly became known for his proactive approach to legislation. As a member of several key committees, including Commerce, Conservation and Natural Resources, Veterans and Armed Forces, and the Special Committee on Rural Issues, Scott has been instrumental in shaping policies that benefit his constituents and the state as a whole.

Beyond his professional achievements, Scott is a devoted family man. He is happily married to his wife, Michelle, and together they have two daughters, Joanna and Kathryn. In his free time, Scott enjoys RV camping with family and friends and exploring the country on his motorcycle. His love for adventure and the outdoors reflects his vibrant personality and his appreciation for life’s simple pleasures.
