Curtis Cochran was born in Thompson Falls, Montana. Cochran also attended the University of Montana and Green River College. Cochran earned a high school diploma from Helena Senior High School. Cochran’s career experience includes working in the timber industry and being involved in his family businesses in tourism, construction, and mining. Regis Community Council and the Mineral County Recreation Club, as a volunteer high school football coach, and as a board member of the nonprofit Trestle Creek Golf Association.
