Representative Russ Miner

Russ Miner is a dedicated public servant and a member of the Montana House of Representatives. Russell High School and went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in agricultural production operations from Montana State University-Bozeman in 1976. He has over 45 years of experience in the industry, including owning and operating his own agricultural consulting business. Additionally, he has held key roles such as fertilizer director and manager at the Wilbur-Ellis Company. His hands-on experience and extensive knowledge make him a strong advocate for Montana’s farmers and ranchers, who play a crucial role in feeding the world.

Beyond his professional achievements, Miner has been an active member of his community. Since 2018, he has served as a board member of the Cascade County Farm Bureau Federation, where he has worked to support and promote the interests of local agricultural producers. His commitment to public service extends to his legislative work, where he focuses on issues that matter most to his constituents, including natural resources, taxation, and wildlife management.
