Representative Aidan Ankarberg
Aidan Ankarberg is an American politician who serves as a Republican member for the Strafford 7th district of the New Hampshire House of Representatives. He assumed office on December 7, 2022, and his current term ends on December 4, 2024.
Ankarberg’s journey in politics began as a 2012 Libertarian candidate for Strafford 5 of the New Hampshire House of Representatives. He later ran for re-election to the New Hampshire House of Representatives to represent Strafford 7 and won in the general election on November 8, 2022.
In addition to his political career, Ankarberg is also a business owner. He earned a degree in history from Southern New Hampshire University, which reflects his interest in history. His other interests include fishing and automotive-related activities.
Ankarberg’s committee assignments for the years 2023-2024 include the Election Law Committee. He was also assigned to the House Transportation Committee for the years 2021-2022.
Outside of his duties as a representative, Ankarberg is a husband and father of two wonderful girls. He is also involved in local government, being a part of the New Hampshire Republican State Committee, Strafford County Republican Committee, and Rochester Regional Republican Committee.
