Rebecca McBeath, known as Becky McBeath, is a member of the New Hampshire House of Representatives, representing Rockingham 28. She assumed office on December 7, 2022, and her current term ends on December 4, 2024.

McBeath is a member of the Democratic Party and ran for re-election to the New Hampshire House of Representatives to represent Rockingham 28. She won in the general election on November 8, 2022.

Born and raised in Rockville, Maryland, McBeath moved to New Hampshire for her higher education. She earned a B.A. in politics/economics from Randolph Macon Women’s College (now Randolph College) in 1985 and a J.D. from the University of New Hampshire in 1992.

After completing her education, McBeath embarked on a career in law. She has been working as an attorney with Howard & McBeath, PLLC. She has been affiliated with the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys.

In addition to her work as an attorney, McBeath has been actively involved in local government. She served as the Municipal Election Clerk for Ward 2 in Portsmouth from 2012 to 2014.

Throughout her tenure in the New Hampshire House of Representatives, McBeath has been assigned to several committees. These include the House Judiciary Committee, the Commerce and Consumer Affairs Committee, and the Special Committee on the Family Division of the Circuit Court.
