Cathy Kenny is an American politician who serves as a Republican member for the Hillsborough 13th district of the New Hampshire House of Representatives. She assumed office on December 7, 2022, and her current term ends on December 4, 2024.

Before her political career, Cathy Kenny was a veterinarian at the Amherst Animal Hospital. She has lived in Hudson, New Hampshire, and the surrounding area since 1981. Her career experience includes working at Bensons Animal Park, in the veterinary field managing Amherst Animal Hospital, at Bedford High School as a science aide, and as an amateur farmer.

Cathy Kenny has also been involved in various volunteer activities. She volunteered with the Nashua Emblem Club #170, Opportunity Networks Nashua, the Nashaway chapter of New Hampshire Audubon, Nashua Soup Kitchen, and Touchstone Equine Therapy Programs.

In the 2022 elections, Cathy Kenny ran for election to the New Hampshire House of Representatives to represent Hillsborough 13. She won in the general election on November 8, 2022. As a legislator, she has been assigned to the Environment and Agriculture Committee for the 2023-2024 term.
