Representative Dale Girard

Dale Girard is a member of the Democratic Party serving in the New Hampshire House of Representatives. He represents Sullivan County’s District 6. Girard assumed office on December 4, 2024, and his current term is set to end on December 2, 2026.

Dale Girard has deep roots in Claremont, New Hampshire, where he has been actively involved in both local governance and community service. A graduate of Stevens High School, he pursued higher education and earned an Associate’s Degree in Business. Girard is not only a dedicated public servant but also a successful entrepreneur. He owns and operates Golden Cross Ambulance, where he works as a paramedic, showcasing his commitment to the well-being of his community.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Girard has a rich history of civic engagement. He has served on various local boards, including the Airport Advisory Board, the Planning Board, and Claremont Community Television. His leadership skills were further recognized when he served as the Mayor of the City Council, a role he held during his second term.

Girard’s personal life is equally fulfilling. He is married to Allyn and is a proud father of two adult children. His family has grown to include five grandchildren, and he cherishes the time he spends with them. An avid outdoorsman, Girard enjoys exploring the natural beauty of northern New Hampshire, indulging in recreational activities that connect him to the region’s landscapes.

In addition to his public service and personal interests, Girard is a private pilot and has been an active member of the Claremont Rotary Club, where he once served as president. His multifaceted contributions to his community reflect his dedication to making a positive impact both in and out of office.
