Representative Dan Bergeron

Dan Bergeron, a member of the Democratic Party, serves in the New Hampshire House of Representatives, representing Hillsborough District 16. He assumed office on December 4, 2024, and his current term is set to conclude on December 2, 2026.

Born and raised in Berlin, New Hampshire, Dan Bergeron has deep roots in the Granite State. He pursued his education at the New Hampshire Technical Institute before earning both a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management and a Master of Science in Applied Management from Daniel Webster College. His academic achievements laid the foundation for a diverse and accomplished professional career.

Bergeron has worked as a small business owner, account manager, and software technician. Currently, he is employed as a software services specialist and serves as an adjunct professor at Daniel Webster College’s School of Business and Management. His professional journey reflects a commitment to innovation, education, and community engagement.

In addition to his role in the state legislature, Bergeron has been an active participant in local governance and community initiatives. He previously served as the Ward 6 Selectman and the Vice Chairman of the Manchester Transit Authority Board of Commissioners. His dedication to education is evident through his involvement as an at-large executive board member of the Manchester Foundation for Education.

Bergeron’s political career is marked by his focus on fostering relationships and addressing the needs of his constituents. His tenure in the New Hampshire House of Representatives is characterized by his commitment to transparency, collaboration, and effective policymaking.
