David Rochefort was born in Lancaster, New Hampshire, and currently resides in Littleton. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy from the University of Rhode Island in 1997. His career experience includes working as a pharmacist and owning a specialty pharmacy.

In addition to his professional career, Rochefort has been active in his community. He volunteered on the Littleton Zoning Board of Adjustment and was appointed to serve on the New Hampshire Board of Pharmacy by Governor Chris Sununu (R), where he served in roles including the vice president.
