Diane Pauer is a member of the New Hampshire House of Representatives, representing Hillsborough 36. She assumed office on December 7, 2022, and her current term ends on December 4, 2024. She is a member of the Republican Party.

Diane Pauer lives in Brookline, New Hampshire. She earned a B.S. in electrical engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Her career experience includes working as a digital and firmware design engineer and as a technical instructor.

In addition to her work in the New Hampshire House of Representatives, Pauer has held other positions. She served on the Hollis Brookline Cooperative School District Budget Committee, where she was both a Chair and a Member from 2012 to 2015. She has also been a community and school volunteer and a pro-bono special education advocate/advisor.

Pauer has been a resident of New Hampshire for 34 years and a Brookline resident for 28 years. She is a military spouse, having been married to Colonel Eric Pauer (U.S. Air Force retired) for 30 years. They have two adult children, both of whom are current N.H. residents, born, raised, and college educated in the Granite State.

With no outside employment or commitments, Pauer is dedicated to representing her constituents full-time in the NH House of Representatives. Her husband, Eric Pauer, retired from the U.S. Air Force. The use of his military rank, job titles, and photographs in uniform does not imply endorsement by the Department of the Air Force or the Department of Defense.

In the 2023-2024 term, Pauer was assigned to the Municipal and County Government Committee, where she served as Vice Chair. She also served on the same committee in the 2021-2022 term.

In the 2022 elections, Pauer ran for re-election to the New Hampshire House of Representatives to represent Hillsborough 36. She won in the general election on November 8, 2022.
