Representative John Sellers

John Sellers is a Republican member of the New Hampshire House of Representatives, representing Grafton 10. He assumed office on December 4, 2024, and his current term is set to end on December 2, 2026.

Born in Weymouth, Massachusetts, John Sellers has had a diverse and accomplished career. After completing high school, he joined the United States Air Force, where he served for six years. Following his military service, he ventured into the business world, working as a small business owner and later as a Senior Business Analyst at SAS Institute. He retired from his professional career in 2021.

Sellers has been an active member of his community in Bristol, New Hampshire, where he resides with his wife, Donna. Together, they have nine children and eleven grandchildren. His involvement in local governance includes serving on the Bristol Town Budget Committee and the Newfound Area School District Budget Committee. These roles allowed him to contribute to the financial planning and decision-making processes that impact his community.

In addition to his local government roles, Sellers has been a board member of the School District Governance Association of New Hampshire. His advocacy for education reform has been a significant aspect of his political career. He has been a vocal proponent of homeschooling and school choice, often expressing his concerns about the state of public education.
